Sign up today to receive four weekly doses of exercises and stretches to help deepen your splits (four videos in total).

The challenge begins Feb 1st when you’ll receive your first video. I will send you a new video tutorial each week for the month of January, building up to deeper & stronger splits. At any point throughout the month you can send me questions and seek advice.

Deadline to join is Jan 31st!

**This challenge is designed for those who are already quite active and have experience in mobility/flexibility training. No underlying injuries! As is the nature of online classes, your body is your own responsibility and I can only advise as best I can.
